What we collect

Contact and newsletter forms send us your name, email address, and message so we can reply and, with your consent, send studio news. Shop orders add the details needed to deliver your games and receipts. That is the whole list — no tracking pixels from data brokers, no fingerprinting.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the cart and checkout working. If you allow them in the cookie preferences panel, we also store a small preference cookie remembering your choice, and an analytics cookie helping us understand visits in aggregate. Use “Manage Cookies” in the footer to change your mind at any time.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it entirely — write to hello@emberquarrygames.com and we will act within 30 days. Newsletter emails always carry an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
