Last updated: September 2026. Buying from our shop grants you a personal, non-transferable license to play our games — the plain-English version follows.

Your license

Every purchase is a license for one person to download and play the game on supported platforms, forever. You may stream it, review it, and make videos about it — including monetized ones. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the game files.

Refunds

Unplayed or barely played (under two hours) purchases can be refunded within 14 days — write to hello@emberquarrygames.com with your order reference. Early-access titles follow the same rule, measured per released chapter.

Online conduct

Realmfire Online’s frontier belongs to everyone. Cheating, harassment, and hate speech earn warnings, suspensions, and finally bans. Guild wars are for the game — bring your worst to the siege, and your best to the chat.
